Lease Application (HOMES FOR LEASE SECTION ONLY)

The application fee is $20 and is non-refundable.  Please see the page Pay App Fee for a great way to pay the application fee!  This application must be printed, filled out and delivered in person, by fax, or scanned image via e-mail.  The format is a pdf file and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view.  Please contact me if you need the application faxed.  If/when you attend a showing, you can obtain/fill out the application then as well.  The application must be signed and the fee obtained before processing can begin.  We have a great review process that takes into account all factors.

A deposit, non-refundable deposit form, application, and application fee are required to hold a home if needed.  Our lease homes often move very quickly, so in the event you have made a deposit and you were not first (or any reason we can't lease to you) your deposit is refunded.
