RENT CONCESSIONS EXPLAINED

The advertised price may include rent concessions.  If you do not comply to these terms, the rent amount will increase by $100.00 per month.*

If you the tenant fail to pay rent on time during any month or you, any occupant, or guest violate any rule or provision in the lease agreement of the concession period, you will forfeit rent concession for the remainder of the concession period of the lease agreement.
